CACR23: relating to restricting the use of moneys collected from a sales tax. Providing that all moneys collected from any sales tax established in law by the general court shall, after deducting the necessary costs for administration and collection of such moneys, be appropriated and used exclusively for the purpose of state aid to public elementary and secondary education and shall not be transferred or diverted to any other purpose.
