CACR35: (New Title) relating to property taxation for education funding. Providing that if the state imposes a real property tax to fund public education, the state shall not collect, nor shall it require a political subdivision to collect or remit, such tax in excess of the amount contributed by the state to support the cost of adequate public education for pupils in such political subdivision.
