AN ACT relative to motorcycle inspection stickers.
ANALYSIS
This bill requires the inspection sticker for a motorcycle to be placed on the number plate of the motorcycle, if the owner so requests.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three
AN ACT relative to motorcycle inspection stickers.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Motor Vehicle Inspections Authorized; Placement of Stickers on Motorcycles. Amend RSA 266:1 by inserting after paragraph XI the following new paragraph:
XII. The inspection sticker for a motorcycle shall be placed on the number plate of the motorcycle, if the owner so requests.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
