AN ACT repealing the one-year certificate of eligibility to teach.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three

AN ACT repealing the one-year certificate of eligibility to teach.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. RSA 189:39-b, relative to a one-year certificate of eligibility to teach, is repealed.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
