STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three

AN ACT relative to claims arising from clinical services provided to the department of health and human services.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

83:1 Public Officers and Employees; Claims Arising From the Clinical Services Provided to the Department of Health and Human Services. Amend RSA 99-D:8, II to read as follows:

II. This section shall apply only to claims or civil actions arising out of incidents occurring on or after July 1, 1988[, and prior to July 1, 2004].

83:2 Claims Against the State; Claims Arising From the Clinical Services Provided to the Department of Health and Human Services. Amend RSA 541-B:21, III to read as follows:

III. This section shall apply only to claims arising out of incidents occurring on or after July 1, 1988[, and prior to July 1, 2004].

83:3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2004.
