AN ACT exempting automatic irrigation system installers from licensure by the electricians' board.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three
AN ACT exempting automatic irrigation system installers from licensure by the electricians' board.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
194:1 New Paragraph; Exemptions. Amend RSA 319-C:3 by inserting after paragraph X the following new paragraph:
XI. A person who makes or, as a business, hires or employs another to make, electrical installations, repairs, alterations, or maintenance on automatic irrigation systems operating at 30 volts or less.
194:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
