AN ACT extending the reporting date for the commission to study the relationship between public health and the environment.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three
AN ACT extending the reporting date for the commission to study the relationship between public health and the environment.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
196:1 Report Date Extended. Amend 2000, 114:6, as amended by 2001, 23, to read as follows:
114:6 Report. The commission shall make an interim report on its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation on or before November 1, 2000 and a final report on or before November 1, [2002] 2004 to the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate president, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library.
196:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
