AN ACT relative to official ballot voting on issuance of bonds or notes.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three

AN ACT relative to official ballot voting on issuance of bonds or notes.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Separate Bond Votes. Amend RSA 33:8-d by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:

III-a. Multiple capital improvement projects each requiring bond or note approval by the voters shall not be aggregated into a single vote, but shall be voted on individually.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
