AN ACT relative to the use of trails managed by OHRV clubs.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three
AN ACT relative to the use of trails managed by OHRV clubs.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Operation of OHRVs; OHRV Club Use. Amend RSA 215-A:29 by inserting after paragraph XI-b the following new paragraph:
XI-c. Verbal or written permission given by a landowner to an OHRV club may exclude persons who are not members of the OHRV club from use of the trail, provided the OHRV club established or maintains the trail.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
