STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three
AN ACT relative to establishing a spring season for bear baiting.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Bear Baiting. Amend RSA 208:22 by inserting after paragraph X the following new paragraph:
XI. The executive director shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to establishing a season not to exceed 15 days of hunting during the months of April, May and June for the practice of baiting for black bear in accordance with RSA 207:3-d.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
