AN ACT authorizing the position of clerk of the board of manufactured housing.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three

AN ACT authorizing the position of clerk of the board of manufactured housing.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Section; Board of Manufactured Housing; Clerk. Amend RSA 205-A by inserting after section 27 the following new section:

205-A:27-a Clerk of the Board of Manufactured Housing. There is created the classified part-time position of clerk of the board of manufactured housing at labor grade 27. The duties of the clerk of the board of manufactured housing shall be at the direction and supervision of the board of manufactured housing and shall include the efficient daily operation of the board's activities. The clerk shall handle complaints and responses to complaints, schedule hearings and board meetings, notify interested parties, maintain board records, and perform such additional duties as the board may assign.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
