STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Four
AN ACT relative to the length of time consumer credit reporting agencies retain individual credit information.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
85:1 Consumer Credit Reporting; Obsolete Information. Amend RSA 359-B:5, I(a) to read as follows:
(a) Bankruptcies which, from date of adjudication of the most recent bankruptcy, antedate the report by more than [14] 10 years.
85:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2005.
