HOUSE BILL 1381
AN ACT relative to the rights of citizens.
ANALYSIS
This bill affirms the right of American citizens to undiminished political choice of their status in human society. The bill also provides that the government shall not exercise any compelled performance upon an American citizen.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three
AN ACT relative to the rights of citizens.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Rights of Citizens.
I. The people of this state shall have the undiminished political choice of their status in human society and may establish their status pursuant to the rights of an American citizen, codified at 8 U.S.C. section 1481.
II. The government shall not require any contract or exercise any compelled performance upon an American citizen.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
