AN ACT relative to challenges to statutes.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three
AN ACT relative to challenges to statutes.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Statutory Construction; Challenges to Statutes. Amend RSA 21 by inserting after section 49 the following new section:
21:50 Challenges to Statutes. No statute shall be enforceable if challenged by lawful affidavit or bill of particulars, and the affidavit or bill of particulars is not countered in law, point for point, with citations supporting each point.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
