STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Four
AN ACT continuing the New Hampshire National Guard Educational Assistance Act.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal of Prospective Repeal Date of National Guard Education Assistance Act. 1996, 237:7:1 as amended by 1998, 65:2 and 1999, 211:1, relative to the repeal date of RSA 110-B:63-a through 100-B:63-f, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect June 30, 2004.
