STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three
AN ACT relative to performance budgeting of state programs and agencies.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Expansion of Performance Budget Agencies and Programs. Amend RSA 9:8-a by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:
III. The governor and legislature shall expand the number of performance budget agencies and programs during the 2006-2007 biennium and during each subsequent biennium, until such time as all state agencies and programs are performance budgeted.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
