AN ACT ratifying certain actions of the Rye conservation commission.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Three
AN ACT ratifying certain actions of the Rye conservation commission.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Ratification of Local Governing Body; Approval of Acquisition of Property by the Town of Rye Conservation Commission. All acts, votes, notices, approvals, and proceedings of the governing body of the town of Rye with regard to acquiring any interest in property by the Rye conservation commission established under the authority of RSA 36-A:4 are hereby legalized, ratified, confirmed and shall not be deemed to be defective to the validity of transferred property.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
