AN ACT relative to preservation of breath samples.

ANALYSIS

This bill repeals a provision establishing requirements for the preservation and disposition of breath samples taken to determine alcohol concentration.

This bill is a request of the department of safety.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Four

AN ACT relative to preservation of breath samples.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. RSA 265:86, II, relative to preservation and disposition of breath samples, is repealed.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2005.
