STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Four
AN ACT extending the period for completing work under the Skyhaven airport wetlands permit.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Wetlands Permitting; Extended Period to Complete Required Work. The local public entity which receives the transfer of Skyhaven airport pursuant to 1998, 317 as amended by 2000, 56 shall have 10 years from the date it accepts the transfer to complete any work required under the wetlands permit issued by the department of environmental services.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect June 30, 2005.
