AN ACT relative to ski craft operation on Pine River Pond in the town of Wakefield.
ANALYSIS
This bill eliminates the prohibition on jet skis on Pine River Pond in the town of Wakefield, and requires that ski craft having the capacity to carry up to 4 passengers comply with ski craft operation requirements on Pine River Pond in the town of Wakefield.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Four
AN ACT relative to ski craft operation on Pine River Pond in the town of Wakefield.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Restrictions on Boating; Pine River Pond. RSA 270:102 is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:
270:102 Pine River Pond. For purposes of this section, "ski craft" means any ski craft as defined in RSA 270:73, V, as well as any similar watercraft having the capacity to carry up to 4 passengers. No person shall use or operate a ski craft on Pine River Pond in the town of Wakefield in violation of the operation requirements of RSA 270:74. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a violation.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2005.
