AN ACT prohibiting floatplanes on Pickerel Pond.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Four
AN ACT prohibiting floatplanes on Pickerel Pond.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; New Hampshire Aeronautics Act; Prohibitions; Floatplanes on Pickerel Pond. Amend RSA 422:28 by inserting after paragraph XIII the following new paragraph:
XIV. For any person in a floatplane to land on or take off from Pickerel Pond in Laconia and Meredith.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2005.
