AN ACT relative to registration requirements for home inspectors.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Four
AN ACT relative to registration requirements for home inspectors.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; State Building Code Review Board; Duties. Amend RSA 155-A:10 by inserting after paragraph VI the following new paragraph:
VII. The board shall maintain a register of home inspectors who conduct business within the state. The board shall adopt rules under RSA 541-A with regard to creation and maintenance of the register and any necessary registration forms.
2 New Section; Registration of Home Inspectors.. Amend RSA 155-A by inserting after section 12 the following new section:
155-A:13 Home Inspectors; Registration. Any person who conducts business within the state as a home inspector shall annually register with the state building code review board.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
