AN ACT making a change to the electrician licensing exemption.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Four

AN ACT making a change to the electrician licensing exemption.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

64:1 Electrician Licensing; Exemption. Amend RSA 319-C:15, II to read as follows:

II. Nothing in this chapter shall prevent a [person] homeowner from making electrical installations in or about a single family residence owned and occupied by him or her or to be occupied by him or her as his or her bona fide personal abode.

64:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
