AN ACT extending the law regarding receivership of care facilities for a certain length of time.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Five
AN ACT extending the law regarding receivership of care facilities for a certain length of time.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
54:1 Receivership of Care Facilities; Date Extended. Amend 2003, 264:4, I to read as follows:
I. Section 3 of this act shall take effect July 1, [2005] 2010.
54:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
