STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Five
AN ACT ratifying the purchase of a certain property by the town of Canaan.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Town of Canaan; Ratification of the Purchase of a Certain Parcel of Property. Notwithstanding RSA 32, the purchase by the town of Canaan from the department of transportation of a 0.3 acre parcel of land located on route 4 adjacent to the landfill in Canaan is hereby legalized, ratified, and confirmed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
