AN ACT relative to speed limits.
ANALYSIS
This bill permits local authorities to decrease the speed limit on a way outside an urban district to 15 miles per hour.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Five
AN ACT relative to speed limits.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Speed Limitations; Alteration of Limits; Outside an Urban District. Amend RSA 265:63, I(c) to read as follows:
(c) Decreases the limit outside an urban district but not to less than [25] 15 miles per hour; or
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
