AN ACT relative to the duties of the postsecondary education commission.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Five
AN ACT relative to the duties of the postsecondary education commission.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
60:1 New Paragraph; Postsecondary Education Commission; Duties. Amend RSA 188-D:8 by inserting after paragraph VII the following new paragraph:
VIII. Distribute financial aid with the purpose of increasing access to postsecondary education for individuals who have been residents of New Hampshire for at least 12 consecutive months prior to the date of enrollment in any institution under the authority of the postsecondary education commission.
60:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
