AN ACT relative to mediation in family law cases involving children.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Five
AN ACT relative to mediation in family law cases involving children.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 458:15-a, V, relative to the requirement that the parties consent to participating in mediation, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2006.
