STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Five
AN ACT granting regional water districts the power of eminent domain.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Amend RSA 38:2-a, VI to read as follows:
VI. [No] A regional water district shall have the authority to take property by eminent domain.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2006.
