AN ACT relative to the sale of permissible fireworks.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Five
AN ACT relative to the sale of permissible fireworks.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
4:1 New Paragraph; Requirements for the Sale of Permissible Fireworks; Wholesale of Permissible Fireworks Permitted. Amend RSA 160-C:3 by inserting after paragraph X the following new paragraph:
XI. Nothing in this section shall preclude the sale of permissible fireworks to any other person engaged in the business of selling permissible fireworks.
4:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
