AN ACT relative to the Hanover school district tax stabilization fund.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Five

AN ACT relative to the Hanover school district tax stabilization fund.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

74:1 Hanover School District; Tax Stabilization Fund. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the tax stabilization fund established by the Hanover school district at its March 2004 annual school district meeting is hereby ratified and affirmed. Any appropriations to the tax stabilization fund voted by the Hanover school district prior to the effective date of this act are hereby ratified and affirmed. Further, the Hanover school district may make appropriations to, and withdrawals from, the tax stabilization fund as authorized by the legislative body of the school district.

74:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
