STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six
AN ACT designating the pumpkin as the New Hampshire state fruit.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
93:1 New Section; State Emblems; State Fruit. Amend RSA 3 by inserting after section 23 the following new section:
3:24 State Fruit. The pumpkin is hereby designated as the official state fruit of New Hampshire.
93:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
