AN ACT relative to the definition of resident for purposes of fish and game laws.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six
AN ACT relative to the definition of resident for purposes of fish and game laws.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
14:1 Fish and Game Laws; Definition of Resident. RSA 207:1, XXIII is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:
XXIII. Resident: A resident of the state as defined in RSA 21:6, except that no person shall be deemed to be a resident who claims residence in any other state for any purpose.
14:2 Fish and Game; OHRVs; Definition of Resident. RSA 215-A:1, XII is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:
XII. “Resident” means a resident of the state as defined in RSA 21:6, except that no person shall be deemed to be a resident who claims residence in any other state for any purpose.
14:3 Fish and Game; Snowmobiles; Definition of Resident. RSA 215-C:1, XIV is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:
XIV. “Resident” means a resident of the state as defined in RSA 21:6, except that no person shall be deemed to be a resident who claims residence in any other state for any purpose.
14:4 Repeal. RSA 206:10, III, relative to resident alien licensure as a resident, is repealed.
14:5 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
