STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six
AN ACT requiring paper ballots at all elections.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
23:1 New Section; Preparation of Voting Materials; General Provisions; Paper Ballots. Amend RSA 656 by inserting after section 1 the following new section:
656:1-a Paper Ballots. For purposes of facilitating the examination and recounting of votes cast, all elections shall be conducted using paper ballots in accordance with this title.
23:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
