AN ACT relative to innovative land use controls.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six
AN ACT relative to innovative land use controls.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; Village Plan Alternative Allowed Where Cluster Development Allowed. Amend RSA 674:21, VI by inserting after subparagraph (f) the following new subparagraph:
(g) Any municipality which permits cluster development shall also permit the village plan alternative.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
