STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six
AN ACT prohibiting tampering with a motorcycle’s noise control system.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Motorcycle Noise Levels; Tampering. Amend RSA 266:59-a by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:
IV. No person shall remove or render inoperative any device or element of any design incorporated into any motorcycle for purpose of noise control.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2007.
