STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six
AN ACT legalizing actions taken at town meeting relative to increasing the board of selectmen from 3 members to 5 members in the town of Pittsfield.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
3:1 Increasing the Board of Selectmen in Pittsfield from 3 Members to 5 Members. All acts, notices, and proceedings at the annual town meeting in the town of Pittsfield, held on March 12, 2005, relative to increasing the board of selectmen from 3 members to 5 members are hereby legalized, ratified, and confirmed.
3:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
