AN ACT extending a committee and adding a certain duty relative to pharmacy reimbursement.
ANALYSIS
This bill extends the committee to study Medicaid reimbursement rates for pharmacy providers, established in 2005, 73, and adds a duty to the committee’s study.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six
AN ACT extending a committee and adding a certain duty relative to pharmacy reimbursement.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Duty Added. Amend 2005, 73:3 by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:
III. Examine a closed pharmacy network by region to bid based on price.
2 Committee Extended. Amend 2005, 73:5 to read as follows:
73:5 Report. The committee shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, the house clerk, the senate clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before November 1, [2005] 2006.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
