AN ACT removing the requirement for criminal record checks for licensed nurses.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six

AN ACT removing the requirement for criminal record checks for licensed nurses.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Repeal. The following are repealed:

I. RSA 326-B:8, II(d), relative to costs for criminal records checks for nurses.

II. RSA 326-B:15, relative to criminal record checks.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
