STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six
AN ACT relative to notice of rulemaking by the real estate appraiser board.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Notice Requirement. Amend RSA 310-B by inserting after section 24 the following new section:
310-B:24-a Notice Requirement. The board shall give notice to all licensed real estate appraisers any time the board adopts a new rule or amends an existing rule.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
