STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Six
AN ACT repealing the rulemaking authority of the New Hampshire children’s trust fund board.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
48:1 Repeal. RSA 169-C:39-h, relative to rulemaking authority of the New Hampshire children’s trust fund board, is repealed.
48:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
