STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven

AN ACT repealing the parental notification law.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

265:1 Repeal. RSA 132:24 - RSA 132:28, relative to parental notification prior to abortion, is repealed.

265:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
