STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven
AN ACT authorizing the Pelham school board to transfer funds for the purpose of renting portable classrooms.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Pelham School Board; Authorization to Transfer Funds. Notwithstanding the provisions of RSA 32:10, I(e) and RSA 32:11, the Pelham school board may transfer funds for the purpose of renting portable classrooms as a temporary emergency measure in response to a determination by both the state fire marshal and the town fire chief that a fire hazard exists at Pelham High School.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
