STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven
AN ACT requiring driver education to include operation of manual transmission vehicles.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Driver Education Rules; Curriculum. Amend RSA 21-P:14, I(c) to read as follows:
(c) Curriculum, which shall include training in the operation of manual transmission vehicles, and hours during which instruction may be given.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
