AN ACT relative to criminal threatening in a safe school zone.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven
AN ACT relative to criminal threatening in a safe school zone.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
139:1 New Subparagraph; Safe School Zones; Definitions. Amend RSA 193-D:1 by inserting after subparagraph (j) the following new subparagraph:
(k) Criminal threatening under RSA 631:4.
139:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
