STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven

AN ACT relative to constitutionality of law.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Section; Statutory Construction; Constitutionality of Law. Amend RSA 21 by inserting after section 50 the following new section:

21:51 Constitutionality of Law. Whereas there is no constitutional delegation of authority to government on the constitutionality of any law, be it hereby enacted that the elected general court shall be the sole determinant of the constitutionality of law.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
