STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven
AN ACT repealing the bond requirement for fund raising counsel of a charitable trust.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
116:1 Repeal. RSA 7:28-b, II(b), relative to the bonding requirement for fund raising counsel, is repealed.
116:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
