STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven

AN ACT permitting a dam to be constructed on Lake Ivanhoe in the town of Wakefield.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

233:1 Lake Ivanhoe; Dam Construction Authorized. The town of Wakefield is authorized to construct a dam at the natural outlet of Lake Ivanhoe in the town of Wakefield. The board of selectmen of the town of Wakefield may delegate this authority. The town of Wakefield or its designated agent shall apply for a permit as required by RSA 482:7.

233:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
