STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven

AN ACT extending the committee to study the funding necessary to operate the hazardous materials program in New Hampshire.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

198:1 Committee to Study the Funding Necessary to Operate the Hazardous Materials Program in New Hampshire; Reporting Date Extended. Amend 2006, 121:5 to read as follows:

121:5 Report. The committee shall report its findings and any recommendations for proposed legislation to the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, the senate clerk, the house clerk, the governor, and the state library on or before November 1, [2006] 2007.

198:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
