STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seven

AN ACT making a supplemental appropriation for school building aid.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

290:1 Supplemental Appropriation; School Building Aid. In addition to any other sums appropriated to PAU 06, 03, 02, 02, 02, class 90, school building aid, there is hereby appropriated the sum of $2,252,356 to the department of education for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2007 for school building aid. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for such amount from any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated. Notwithstanding RSA 198:15-a, the commissioner of the department of education is authorized to disburse this additional sum upon the effective date of this act.

290:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
